Relying on replication technology, TPM has achieved full-process independent production of rope clutches with a tolerance accuracy of ±0.03mm. This move not only breaks through technical barriers, but also fills the production capacity gap of high-end knotter core components in some regions.

- Material Innovation: We use high-chromium alloy steel imported from Germany, with a hardness of HRC 58-62. Combined with vacuum quenching technology, this significantly enhances wear resistance, extending the service life by 200% compared to traditional castings.
- Quality Inspection Process: Each production line is equipped with a detection system that performs 100% monitoring of the rope groove depth and surface finish of the rope drum, with a monitoring precision of up to 5 microns.
The TPM engineering team has thoroughly analyzed the NEW HOLLAND knotter Rope clamp disc technology and innovatively developed a “three-stage buffer structure” Rope clamp disc, redefining agricultural operation standards with three core advantages.
